Do I get a warranty?
Yes you do! We offer a one-year warranty on all our products.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
LUXGMJEWELERS is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not issue a refund on original shipping charges.
Returns received later than 30 days will not be accepted.
Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for returning your items, as LUXGMJEWELERS is not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, make sure that:
- The item is in the exact same condition that you received it in.
- Attach a copy of your order confirmation
- Select which item(s) you're returning/exchanging and why.
- Select whether you want to be refunded on your original payment method or receive LUXGMJEWELERS store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
(Please note that LUXGMJEWELERS undertakes strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please do not email regarding the arrival of your return unless it has been 15 days since posting your return.
Store credit will be issued via email and in the form of a code.
We will notify you via the email address that you provided once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is the difference between Silver and Sterling SIlver?
Silver, Sterling Silver, and '925' are all terms for the same metal, silver. While various wholesalers may use different names, they all refer to the same material.
